Technical Sales Person

Our team thrives on solving challenges and delivering performance where it matters most. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for additional team members to join our West Australian team and help support our existing customers and growing business

About the Role

Internal and external technical support roles, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and building lasting relationships across multiple segments including MRO, OEMs, distributors, and end users. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing technical support and quotations to our customers across industrial sectors.
  • Supporting existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying new opportunities across our full product portfolio through leads generated by our marketing team
  • Collaborating with our engineers and supply partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Managing your sales process through our CRM to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Conducting client visits for meetings, equipment inspections, and product introductions

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and technically minded sales professional who brings:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales within industrial or mechanical components
  • Experience in mechanical components with demonstrated knowledge of industrial applications and technical sales processes
  • A background in power transmission products such as couplings, motors, gearboxes, bearings, or drives would be preferred, however training will be provided.
  • Background in related industrial products including power transmission components, with consideration given to candidates with transferable mechanical engineering experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
  • Confidence in supporting customers across all sectors, end users, resellers, projects and OEM’s from concept through to delivery with after sales support.
